September 14th 1-4pm at Kate Sessions Park

Join Holly from HIGH Fitness for the most fun 15 minutes of exercise you’ve ever done! HIGH took Old School Aerobics and transformed it into a modern, heart pounding, fun, and effective workout. Cardio and toning meet leg warmers with a side of air guitar. Holly’s class will be fun, easy to follow, and choreographed to set you up for success.

1pm: HIGH Fitness Demo Class

Borrow one of our inflatable dinosaur costumes and Dino dash around our 400 meter loop in Kate Sessions Park. We will have several heats/race laps to ensure all age groups have a chance to participate. It’s gonna be prehistorically awesome. For kids and adults!

2pm: Inflatable Dinosaur Fun Run

Join Dani who, in addition to being a DistrActor, is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor, specializing in Zumba and barre. With good music and lots of energy, Dani aims to turn fitness into a party that everyone can enjoy. Get ready to move, stretch, and dance your way through a fun-filled 15-minute routine perfect for the whole family!

3pm: Dance Fitness Demo Class

Be a part of our DistrActors music video for “Swords Up,” a song from our upcoming album that reminds children battling illness that they do not fight alone! Bust out your DistrActors sword and “fight” alongside our DistrActors kiddo warriors! Video footage will be released on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok! Feel free to wear one of our superhero masks if you’d prefer that your child’s face be hidden.

3:35pm: Music Video Shoot

Encouragement booth: send a positive message to a hospitalized child!

Arts and Crafts: Color your own DistrActors wooden sword to help hospitalized children fight boredom, sadness and anxiety! You can take it home with you or donate it to be given to a child in the hospital! You can also use it in our music video filming for “Swords Up!”

Cold Plunge Challenge: Test your grit and try out a cold plunge! For every 60 seconds spent up to your waist, an anonymous donor will donate $6 to The DistrActors!

Bounce House: get some extra fun cardio in our bounce house!
